Our clothes are handpicked and cleaned to ensure that the item reaches you in a fantastic ready to wear condition. However, please keep in mind that due to the nature of second hand clothing, there may occasionally be small imperfections in the goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it for a refund.
Return Process
Should you wish to return any items please follow the instructions below:
* Return the items within 8 days of receipt of goods,
* Goods must be returned in their original condition as they were posted,
complete with tags or stickers attached.
* Goods must be returned at your own cost,
* Please use a traceable or insured method such as a recorded delivery,
* Obtain a proof postage from your Post Office,
as we cannot refund for items that are lost on their way back to Episode-Online,
* Please fill in the reason(s) of return, this is to improve our products and services.
Exchanging Items
Exchanging items is not possible.
Please be advised that, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We offer refunds but regret we are unable to refund postage charges for the dispatch or return of items. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since dispatched from Episode-Online b.v.
